Who We Are
Welcome to the Court Supervision Services!
Court Supervision Services, Inc. was formed as a 501-c-3 Non Profit Corporation on April 12, 2021 to provide Court Supervision for Payne and Logan Counties. Prior to the formation of Court Supervision Services, Inc. supervision services were provided by Payne County Drug Court, Inc.
The purpose of probation is to provide low-risk offenders the opportunity to pay their dues to society in lieu of incarceration. Probation often is granted after the judge imposes sentence. If an offender fails to comply with the conditions in the agreement, the judge may revoke the term of probation and impose a different sentence including jail time. Each individual on probation is given an appointment to meet with their Supervision Officer, usually at least once a month. While on probation, the offender can maintain employment and continue to be a contributing member of society. His life is not interrupted, which provides stability.
Our Mission

The Mission of Court Supervision Services, Inc. is to provide court-related supervision services to offenders charged with crimes; to assist criminal defendants in completing court-ordered probation or other requirements regardless of their ability to pay; and to assist indigent defendants in finding employment or being placed in job training, drug or alcoholism programs.
